RAN Integration Engineer - Remote

Overview

The RAN Integration Engineer will be responsible for configuring RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) using Ericsson hardware and related transmission equipment, ensuring optimal network performance and troubleshooting issues.

• Configuration of RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with Ericsson hardware.
• Implementations of Rehoming 2G/3G.
• Troubleshooting RAN configuration issues.
• Pre/Post checks (alarms, KPIs, backups, connectivity).
• TX changes in routers/switches.
• Script generation.
• Managing relationships with neighboring eNodeBs, BSC, and RNC.
• Air phase involvement.
• Cleanup processes.
• Restoration in ENM.

Requirements

• Telecommunications Engineer or similar studies.
• Over 2 years of experience in RAN engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in RAN engineering.
• Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio access network nodes.
• Deep knowledge of Ericsson network configuration with proven practical experience.
• Experience with Ericsson tools.
• Experience in RAN site implementation.
• Experience in RAN site exchange.
• Experience in Rehoming 2G/3G RAN BSC/RNC.
• Experience with Ericsson RAN solutions and products.
