Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a foundational Product Designer to join our Corporate Treasury team, whose goal is to build an elegant, user-centric product experience that helps FinTechs, NeoBanks, and Exchanges access the benefits of DeFi.

In Short

• Establish a design function from the ground up.
• Own customer experience across the Conduit platform.
• Craft Conduit's Treasury product launch.
• Translate vision into each stage of the design process.
• Design UI/UX collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end design solutions from ideation to delivery.
• Iterate rapidly on user feedback.
• Manage schedule and deliver projects on time.
• Work in a remote-first environment with flexible hours.
• Possess a portfolio demonstrating design principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product or UI/UX Design.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience in Figma and design systems.
• Ability to craft customer journeys.
• Attention to detail in design and collaboration.
• Growth mindset and feedback proficiency.
• Portfolio demonstrating user needs and design logic.
• Nice to have: Understanding of financial principles.
