Overview

The Principal Microgrid Project Manager will support Marine Corps clients by managing a portfolio of microgrid projects, ensuring energy security for mission-critical facilities.

• Manage multiple microgrid projects for Marine Corps installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related discipline.
• 10 years of related experience in microgrid or electrical utility systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to obtain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC).
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps operations.
• Experience with Department of Defense contracting.
• Experience in power flow analysis and modeling.
