Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, or regulatory operations.
• Experience navigating multi-state licensing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in compliance management platforms and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing security-related licenses.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Certifications such as CCEP preferred.
• 3+ years of security management experience preferred.
