Overview

The Manager, Shopper Insights will lead and execute research initiatives that uncover consumer attitudes, shopping behaviors, and product perceptions to support strategic marketing decisions.

In Short

  • Develop and execute research plans and conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
  • Develop surveys and questionnaires to capture consumer feedback.
  • Translate consumer insights into recommendations for brand communications.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer sentiment.
  • Expertly synthesize insights to communicate strategic influence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights or marketing analytics.
  • Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with shopper journey mapping and media effectiveness studies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
