Compose.ly has partnered as an exclusive recruiter with a growing fintech solutions provider seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Writer for a general business audience to work alongside their in-house team and other internal stakeholders in a full-time capacity. Storytelling is central to successful documentation, and we’re looking for a writer who understands how a well-crafted narrative can clarify complex concepts to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in an Agile software company.
• Proven experience writing user-focused documentation.
• Exceptional ability to present information hierarchically.
• Proficiency in Markdown or another markup language.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Go, Python, TypeScript.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality output.
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
