Overview

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of assigned programs at the Renton Veterans Center, ensuring service delivery aligns with the Compass mission while fostering collaborations across programs.

Requirements

• 4 years’ experience in human services related to homelessness or supportive housing.
• 2 years’ experience in direct supervision of staff.
• Knowledge of local resources for low-income individuals.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Valid WA driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience in grant writing and contract negotiation is preferred.
• Commitment to professional development in social work or related fields.
