Program Coordinator at Cascade Women's Program - Remote

Overview

The Program Coordinator provides oversight and coordinates programming for the assigned supportive human/housing services program(s), addressing participant barriers and enabling smooth transitions into housing.

In Short

• Coordinate daily operations of housing programming.
• Provide case management and leadership support to the team.
• Engage with the community and build networks.
• Maintain logs, track data, and prepare reports.
• Supervise direct service staff and manage schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and program policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and program development.
• Model de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 10 participants/residents.
• Promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a human service setting.
• Experience in direct supervision/management preferred.
• Knowledge of local resources for low-income and homeless individuals.
• Competency in harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with crisis situations.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Valid WA driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Current WA State Food Handlers Permit preferred.
• Degree in social work or related field preferred.
