Admissions Director - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinical intake team and ensuring the process for new patient admissions is efficient and expeditious.

In Short

• Lead the daily operations of the Intake team across multiple facilities.
• Support the admission process and identify needs for each site.
• Ensure proper staffing model across all locations.
• Facilitate process improvement work through leading projects.
• Ensure timely follow up for potential patients seeking care.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with leaders.
• Motivate and lead the team to create a positive environment.
• Resolve outstanding customer service issues.
• Analyze and summarize productivity statistics.
• Coordinate training of new hires and performance management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with licensure (ie. LCPC, LCSW), or licensed Psychologist.
• Leadership experience preferably in Admissions/Intake.
• Ability to self-motivate and remain on task.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Commitment to company values.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong Excel skills; PowerBI a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and create a positive team environment.
