Overview

In Short

• You’ll own one of Compa’s core data products and run it like a startup inside the company.
• Set the vision, carve the roadmap, and drive execution.
• Transform compensation data into actionable insights for users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Define and track success metrics for quality and performance.
• Conduct user research to inform product development.
• Write precise PRDs and communicate product vision effectively.
• Evangelize the product both internally and externally.
• Be part of a lean team and report directly to the Director of Product.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup is preferred.
