Overview

Commure+Athelas is seeking a certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to help launch and support our remote therapy program. This is a rare work-from-home opportunity for an experienced and tech-savvy therapy assistant looking to innovate in patient care.

In Short

• Assist in launching and operating a remote therapy program.
• Support patients with guided therapy under the supervision of a licensed DPT or OTR.
• Utilize digital platforms to track patient progress, adjust care plans, and support recovery goals.
• Provide professional and friendly virtual patient interactions.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues related to remote therapy delivery.

Requirements

• Certified PTA (CPTA) or OTA (COTA) with compact licensure and CA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in an outpatient or hospital setting.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Fluent in English with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
