Contact Center Agent I - Remote

Overview

Community West Credit Union is looking for a people person as a Contact Center Agent I to add to our Kentwood branch team, for onsite and remote work (if desired) at the completion of training. In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Starting pay of $17.22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

• High School diploma, good problem solving, and basic math skills.
• Comfort in the efficient use of a computer, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent listening skills, and ability to remain calm in a high-pressure, high-volume contact center.
• Verbal and written communication skills that project a positive and professional image.
