Contact Center Agent I - Remote

Overview

Community West Credit Union is looking for a people person as a Contact Center Agent I to add to our Kentwood branch team, for onsite and remote work (if desired) at the completion of training. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping people solve problems and improve their finances, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn, we want to talk to you!

In Short

• Full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Starting pay of $18 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
• Good pay with great benefits including 401k after 90 days.

Requirements

• High School diploma with good problem-solving and basic math skills.
• Comfortable using a computer, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to remain calm in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
