Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing DTC apparel brands, seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business objectives and technical solutions in the eCommerce domain.

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/Development teams.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain expert knowledge of core eCommerce platforms.
• Analyze and optimize digital storefront performance.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Identify and document system requirements for international markets.
• Collaborate with legal teams for compliance on new system features.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate UAT sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with international business expansion projects.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
