Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at FreeWheel, you will lead delivery across multiple teams, managing cross-team dependencies and driving continuous improvement in a global company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery models.
• Strong grasp of cross-team dependency management.
• Advanced facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting abilities.
• Coaching and mentoring skills for junior team members.
• Ability to influence prioritization and planning decisions.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in technical program management.
