The Instructional Coach is responsible for providing professional development, training, and ongoing support to faculty, enhancing their teaching capabilities and promoting effective instructional methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• 5-10 years of online and adult-focused teaching experience preferred.
• Record of high performance as a Master Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of online learning technologies.
• Technological proficiency in educational software.
• Ability to facilitate effective training sessions.
• Ability to integrate Christian worldview into coaching.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to track and analyze data.
