Overview

The Senior Director, Test Center Experience and Strategy will lead the Customer Experience and Strategy team at College Board, focusing on improving the digital test delivery process for millions of students each year.

• Lead and manage ADO’s Customer Experience and Strategy team.
• Refine and improve customer experience across all phases of the testing process.

• Travel at least 6-8 times per year for work-related needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex operational functions.
• Experience in education, digital operations, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders and leading high-impact projects.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a proactive learning approach.
