In Short

• Oversee daily operations of PSA’s online store.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Enhance user experience and drive sales growth.
• Implement strategies to minimize cart abandonment.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Build relationships with vendors for pricing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities for new product offerings.
• Passion for collectibles is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience managing an online store in eCommerce or retail.
• Proficient in eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
• Strong understanding of web analytics and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing complex eCommerce projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Familiarity with website design tools is preferred.
