In Short

• You develop and realize enterprise strategies for the advancement of Atlassian platforms for large clients.
• You design scalable and robust Atlassian solutions that are optimally aligned with business requirements.
• You implement integrations between Atlassian tools and third-party systems while adhering to security and compliance guidelines.
• You set up new Atlassian products and plugins for our clients, configuring workflows, permissions, and fields to optimally reflect processes.
• You conduct complex migrations and consolidations, analyzing existing environments and identifying optimization potentials.
• You create automated workflows and ensure optimal platform performance.
• You lead internal and external training on best practices, create documentation, and assist clients in implementing new tools.
• You work closely with enterprise architects, developers, and departments, acting as a trusted advisor for Atlassian strategies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and Server/Data Center environments.
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party systems) and scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge in database management and SQL.
• Experience in developing and customizing Atlassian plugins.
• Successful implementation of enterprise projects in the Atlassian environment, ideally in agile and DevOps-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to convey complex technical content understandably.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACA, etc.) are a plus.
