Junior Account Manager - Remote

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers.
• Process incoming leads and assess their potential.
• Conduct initial meetings and product demos remotely.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the Senior Sales Team.
• Support the Go-To-Market team with campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in business, communication, IT, or similar.
• Initial experience in sales, customer service, or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Proactive and structured working style.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Very good German language skills, good English skills (French is a plus).
