Join Colibrix One as a Business Process Analyst, where you will monitor system performance and deliver insights through data analysis to support payment technologies.

In Short

Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic for optimal system performance.
Oversee merchant routing and switching processes.
Analyze conversion rates and implement improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams for regulatory compliance.
Generate and analyze custom analytics reports.
Evaluate merchant traffic patterns for insights.
Translate analytics for processing partners.
Organize training sessions on system operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis.
Experience with data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication of complex concepts.
Familiarity with payment industry practices is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
