Overview

The Finance Contractor will provide essential accounting and financial operations support to the Finance team at Coleridge Initiative, ensuring accurate transaction processing and compliance with established financial procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience supporting nonprofit accounting operations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with time-tracking systems like BigTime.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
