Senior Cloud Architect - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Architect to take ownership of our US-based cloud infrastructure, Commercial and Public Sector. This role involves deep technical work in a hands-on capacity, focusing on maintaining a secure, monitored, production-ready environment.

In Short

• Own and operate CoLab’s US-based cloud infrastructure.
• Write and maintain Terraform for infrastructure deployments.
• Build and troubleshoot Lambda functions in Python.
• Investigate stack traces and diagnose application issues.
• Support the Platform Team with infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with Third Party Vendors for Public Sector.
• Contribute to internal codebases and participate in PR reviews.
• Lead technical initiatives in Public Sector infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, Platform, or CloudOps engineering role.
• Deep experience with AWS and Terraform fluency.
• Proficiency with Python, especially Lambda functions.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and secure deployment practices.
• Strong debugging skills and comfortability in analyzing logs.
• US Citizenship required.
• Non-expired US Passport or State issued RealID Drivers License.
