• 3+ years of software development experience as an IC.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with full-stack development.
• Ability to write high-quality code and uphold best practices.

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Prior experience building products is a bonus.
