In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of a fraud risk management strategy.
• Monitor and enhance fraud detection mechanisms.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage anti-fraud tools and ensure they are updated with the latest intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on fraud risk strategies.
• Establish KPIs for monitoring fraud risk management effectiveness.
• Lead incident response and develop response plans for fraud incidents.
• Assess the financial ecosystem impact of fraud risk strategies.
• Inspire and develop a world-class risk team.
• Drive customer-centric solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, particularly in digital payments and fraud prevention.
• Experience with modern payment fraud prevention systems.
• Strong analytical skills with risk management tools and data analysis software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a willingness to learn.
