• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in engineering management, with 2 years managing managers.
• Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and focus on execution.
• Experience with multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience in coding and troubleshooting.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
