Overview

As a Priority Support Agent, you will serve as a primary subject matter expert for Coinbase’s products, providing world-class service and support to our most valued customers.

In Short

  • Provide support for Coinbase customers across multiple channels (phone, messaging & email).
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Be a trusted advisor and ensure customers feel valued.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and solve them on the first contact.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for customers.
  • Handle customer contacts proactively to mitigate issues.
  • Utilize data and customer feedback to address critical issues.
  • Proactively identify customer needs to simplify their experience.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase products and the crypto environment.

Requirements

  • Motivated by Coinbase’s mission and creating a seamless experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, and crypto.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Benefits

  • Target annual salary of $32.45/hour.
  • Includes target bonus and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
