The Manager, Technical Accounting Policy will play a crucial role in driving resolution to accounting topics at the forefront of the crypto industry, combining exceptional knowledge of US GAAP with soft skills necessary for collaboration and problem-solving.

In Short

• Maintain the company's accounting policies and update them as necessary.
• Partner with the accounting team to implement new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and other teams on new transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting analyses for new products.
• Draft footnote disclosures and other communications.
• Respond to technical accounting inquiries from internal and external parties.
• Ensure internal controls for accounting policies are effective for SOX compliance.
• Support management in special projects as needed.

• Exceptional knowledge and experience in US GAAP.
• Strong technical accounting memo writing skills.
