PeopleOps Generalist (Seasonal) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, process-driven, data-informed PeopleOps Generalist who will provide a full range of administrative support to our PeopleOps organization.

In Short

• Seasonal coverage position with potential to extend to full-time.
• Remote-first position, preferably in Eastern Time Zone.
• Support employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding and offboarding.
• Respond to employee inquiries and manage administrative functions.
• Organize and host employee events and maintain internal documentation.
• Assist with compliance training and I9 verification.
• Support the Director of Human Resources with benefits administration.
• Maintain PeopleOps Jira ticketing system and documentation.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruiting tasks.
• Full-time resident of the contiguous United States required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in People Operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mentality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with PeopleOps tech stack preferred.
• 2+ years of experience on a remote team is a plus.

Benefits
