Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 3 years in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database design.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Prior experience in small, scrappy environments.
• Familiarity with CSS/JS frameworks for responsive design.
• Passion for great web products.
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is a plus.
• DevOps experience and familiarity with Docker are nice to have.
• Desire to make a positive impact in the world.
