Associate Grant Writer - Remote

In Short

• Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with CNIB’s mission.
• Draft and edit grant proposals and applications.
• Maintain the grant calendar to meet application deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance to track grant fund allocations.
• Collaborate with program staff for proposal and report information.
• Manage a small portfolio of annual funders.
• Assist with donor communications and recognition.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce.
• Provide administrative support to the Philanthropy Partnerships team.
• Manage the production of stewardship materials.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience in grant writing or fundraising.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for social impact and community service.
