Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst on Clover's Technology team, you will partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to help analyze, understand, and generate insights from data, collaborate and lead data analysis projects, maintain data systems, and support the team in making data driven decisions.

In Short

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and automated processes to monitor key metrics.
• Generate dashboards and reports to inform the product and operations teams using multiple BI tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in data processing and suggesting data management improvements.
• Support maintaining data in product systems for streamlined user experiences.
• Work with multiple teams from both the business and engineering to support the data team’s needs.
• Work with multiple product teams and projects ranging from provider facing tools, evaluations, operational workflow tools, compliance/regulatory products, and critical vendor integrations.
• Work with clinical, claims, application, and operational data to create customer facing reports by working closely with the account management and operations teams.
• Intake of support issues during the early stages of new product and feature launches.
• Documentation of standard operating procedures for new product processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing business-critical projects with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding deadlines.
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data and systems.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, data modeling, and optimization.
• Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Experience with healthcare claims data or clinical data preferred.
