Requirements

• Proven engineering experience and product judgment.
• Experience shipping complex programs or products end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems.

• Fluency in data and experimentation.
• Ability to lead without positional authority.
• Excellent communication skills to influence across teams.
