Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical AML Analyst with experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at data analysis, with a strong background in financial services, preferably fintech.

In Short

Continuously update and improve AML protocols related to product offerings and customer interactions.
Focus intensively on AML monitoring to identify and analyze patterns of financial crime.
Execute thorough AML monitoring by analyzing transaction histories.
Act as a business partner to assist in launching new products compliant with laws.
Lead cross-functional teams in extracting and analyzing extensive data sets.
Manage and update all documentation pertaining to the anti-money laundering program.

Requirements

Strong experience in managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
Solid background in AML/CTF operations within the fintech sector.
Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fundamental understanding of prompt engineering and AI technologies.
