Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire consulting process for participants, guiding them from the initial conversation to contract signing while clarifying course details and career opportunities.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for applicants (inbound leads).
  • Advise applicants on course content, processes, certificates, job opportunities, and career prospects.
  • Build a network with employment agencies and assist applicants with the education voucher application process.
  • Monitor personal activities and performance.
  • Regularly communicate with the course and product team.
  • Prepare applicants for meetings and assessments with the employment agency.
  • Build relationships with applicants throughout the process.
  • Conduct individual needs analysis and suitability assessments in initial phone conversations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or consulting.
  • Demonstrated ambition and responsibility for personal success.
  • Closing mentality.
  • Enjoys engaging with applicants and providing advice.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas for team improvement.
  • Desire to build a career in sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
  • Familiarity with common CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
