Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at CloudBolt, you will play a critical role in driving customer value, retention, and revenue growth. You will act as a strategic partner to our customers—guiding them through their journey, ensuring successful adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

In Short

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead successful onboarding and enablement efforts to ensure customers achieve time-to-value quickly and consistently.
  • Drive adoption of CloudBolt solutions by understanding customer goals, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Deliver a proactive engagement strategy, leveraging health scores and usage insights to anticipate needs and mitigate risks.
  • Own customer outcomes and commercial success by managing renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and close growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed retention and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Turn satisfied customers into CloudBolt Champions.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels through clear communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and curious.
  • High attention to detail and consistency in delivering results.
  • Proficiency with CRM and support tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
