Overview

The GTM Designer role will elevate the design and production of value-based Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, creating compelling assets that support customer engagements and internal enablement.

In Short

• Design and maintain customer-facing standardized templates.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to create engaging deliverables.
• Lead design and UX/UI for web-based discovery tools.
• Develop a structured Bill of Materials for design assets.
• Produce sales enablement materials including infographics and pitch decks.
• 5+ years of design experience required.
• Expertise in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of automation and asset management.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for motion graphics and video.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Experience designing interactive tools and scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and library management.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
