Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Follow-Up Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process within the revenue cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments, resolving claim denials, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience

• Experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
