Overview

The Program Assistant will support the Maritime Shipping Team at ClimateWorks Foundation, focusing on grantmaking, communication, and organizational tasks to aid in decarbonizing global maritime shipping.

• Support strategy, grantmaking, and analytical functions.
• Keep track of grantmaking timelines.
• Manage reporting requirements to funders.

• Support convening by developing contracts.

• Schedule meetings with grantees and track contacts.
• Report to the Associate Director of the Maritime Shipping Program.
