The Teaching Assistant (TA) will play a pivotal role in supporting learners in Correlation One's premier training programs, combining career development and leadership training expertise. The TA will ensure the success of diverse cohorts of learners, including full-time and part-time Amazon Associates, by providing personalized professional development coaching and educational support.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in career development or coaching
• Experience in teaching leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Technical proficiency in data interpretation and Excel
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Empathetic and insightful coaching abilities
• Organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable leading live sessions
