Overview

As a member of our training team, you will support our training team in Munich remotely with the organization of training events.

In Short

• Support the training team in organizing training events.
• Plan and organize training events in person and online.
• Coordinate dates, rooms, and technical requirements.
• Communicate with trainers, hotels, and participants in English and German.
• Ensure smooth running of training events through careful preparations.
• Work closely with the training team in Munich.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and fluent written and spoken German.
• Ideally (initial) experience in training or event organization.
• Organizational talent and a structured, precise way of working.
• Strong communication skills.
• Committed and reliable working style.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word).
