Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Climate X, you will lead design strategy and establish best-in-class user experiences across our climate intelligence platform, translating complex climate data into intuitive interfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AI design tools.
• Familiarity with climate change impacts is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise SaaS is desirable.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
