Finance Director - Remote

Overview

The Finance Director will have overall financial management responsibility for CLUA and FPC, playing an instrumental role in shaping the finance & accounting department infrastructure, overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing a small team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a grant-funded environment.
• Excellent mathematical, analysis, and accounting skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial accounting software, Intacct experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Commitment to CLUA’s mission focused on climate and justice.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
