The Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA) is a collaborative network of foundations dedicated to promoting a just and climate-resilient world through the sustainable management of forests and land use. Comprising members such as the ClimateWorks Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, CLUA leverages diverse expertise and resources to support policies and partnerships aimed at halting deforestation, advancing sustainable development, and securing the rights of Indigenous and forest communities. Additionally, CLUA hosts the Forest, People, Climate (FPC) initiative, which focuses on equitable solutions to tropical deforestation while empowering local communities. Through strategic financial leadership and operational support, CLUA aims to mobilize resources and strengthen networks to achieve its mission.
