Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

ClickUp is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical partner to our Sales and Success orgs for bringing in net new customers, expanding existing accounts, and accelerating our revenue growth.

In Short

• Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations.
• Resolve technical issues and facilitate data migrations.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
• Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new feature releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
• 2+ years of success working with Enterprise clients.
• Understanding of application deployment processes.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Creative problem solver with eagerness to learn.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms and APIs.
