The Demo Services Engineer is a crucial part of our Solutions organization. The Demo Services team empowers our company to articulate ClickUp's vision and solution value to our prospects, customers, and partners across industries. An ideal candidate enjoys creative solution design, storytelling, working hands on with the product, and creating systems for demo enablement that scale with us. Teamwork is vital to how ClickUp operates and a significant portion of your responsibilities will include working closely with Managers to understand and coordinate team needs. You should be able to work independently with little supervision, and also enjoy a fast paced and collaborative work environment. It is important that you are able to manage a range of tasks and prioritize their responsibilities, and meet deadlines with urgency and optimism. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in pre-sales role with software demos.
• Subject matter expert in building demo content.
• Able to lead technical discussions and drive decisions.
• Problem solver with unique solutions and proactive troubleshooting.
• Experience with product development and sales enablement teams.
• Experience in SaaS, ideally in Collaborative Work Management.
• AI prompt writing experience preferred.
• Expertise with building solutions in ClickUp preferred.
• Project management or Agile experience preferred.
