Senior Cloud Performance Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Cloud Performance Engineer will be responsible for building cloud native ClickHouse Cloud Platform, focusing on performance limits of distributed databases and creating tools for measuring performance and scalability.

• Benchmark system performance and database performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and debug application and server errors.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software development with scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience in Go, C/C++, Java or similar.
• Knowledge of concurrency and multithreading.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services and Kubernetes.
• Ability to lead and ship large technical projects.
• Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Passion for efficiency, availability, and scalability.
