Senior Director, Program Management, Government Defense & Security - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director of Program Management will maximize Clearspeed’s potential by crafting, justifying, and executing project plans to support government defense and security programs. You will manage operations throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding to implementation and ongoing account management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with government contracts and proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Eligibility for US Government security clearance required.
