Overview

The Director of Cybersecurity Program Management at Fiserv will lead and manage security and compliance programs, ensuring successful program delivery and adherence to organizational goals and regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement of security processes through automation.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance evaluations.
• Monitor and report program performance and risk metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or technical project management.
• 5 years of expertise in ServiceNow with experience in building reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 2+ years experience as a senior Program Manager in a Fortune 500 company (preferred).
• Strong project management skills with successful project delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Workday, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
