The Chief of Staff is a critical cross-functional operator focused on driving execution across Clayful’s Go-To-Market efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional communication and execution skills—supporting marketing, sales, and student engagement initiatives to ensure we reach and serve more students effectively.

• Collaborate closely with CEO to follow up on warm leads and move deals forward.
• Draft tailored follow-up messages, proposals, and summaries.
• Track sales conversations and ensure the right materials are delivered.
• Own student-facing marketing and communications.
• Create flyers, posters, and onboarding materials for students.
• Analyze engagement data and iterate on strategies.
• Act as a connector between departments for aligned messaging.
• Support the CEO in driving clarity across projects.
• Help organize materials for board updates and special initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline communication and improve coordination.
